Spring and Summer 2021: Academic Advising Update

The Global Health Program aims to continue access to easy advising services during this time!

From now until further notice, we will offer remote appointments via phone and Zoom call Monday-Friday from 8:30am-11:30am and Monday-Thursday from 1-3:30pm. Please email ghpadvising@ucsd.edu to schedule an appointment. In the email please include the following:

  • Name, PID, Brief Description of what you'd like to discuss
  • 3 appointment times that work for you
  • Whether you prefer Zoom or Phone appointment (If phone, include the best number to reach you at)

Please note: For the safety of our students and staff members, we will not have walk-in advising hours or in-person advising appointments as our business office is currently closed until further notice.

As always, we will also continue to advise via the Virtual Advising Center (VAC) during business hours! Please note that due to the influx of online emails and requests, we ask that you allow additional time for the advising staff to respond to your inquiry. We thank you for your patience.
