Academic Advising (Summer 2023)
VAC Message:
Global Health students may send questions through the Virtual Advising Center (VAC). We strongly recommend seeking this option first as most inquiries we receive are quick questions.
Drop-In Advsing:
Drop-In Advising will resume during Fall 2023. Please schedule an appointment as we will have Summer advising appointments available.
Scheduled Appointments:
- During Summer, we offer remote appointments via phone and Zoom Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. PST and Monday - Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. PST.
- Name, PID, Brief Description of what you'd like to discuss
- 3 appointment times that work for you
- Whether you prefer Zoom, In-person or Phone appointment (If phone, include the best number to reach you at)
Incoming Fall 2023 Students:
We look forward to meeting you and guiding you through the Global Health Program!
Please note: We do not have access to your incoming transcripts, test scores, etc. until later in the Summer. Thus, we are not able to advise until closer to Fall 2023 enrollment in mid-August (as we do not want to mis-advise based on the work you have already completed that we do not have access to). An announcement will be made about advising appointments for new students later in the Summer.
Save the date for our Global Health Orientation via Zoom on August 15th, 2023. More details to be announced soon!

Who should I see?

Your Global Health Major Academic Advisor is available to provide advice and answers to questions about the Undergraduate Program in Global Health.
